TANIZAKURA SHUZO

Using the pure well water on premise which flows from Yatsugatake South Base, and high quality domestic rice, the brewery has continued to craft high quality Ginjo, Junmai Ginjo and Nama Sake since 1975. Additionally, the brewery also owns a rice milling and refrigeration facility in order to control every aspect of sake making.
