Tasting Notes: This is a commemorative new sake, the first to be brewed and the first to be squeezed. Fresh, sweet fruit aroma of young green apples. This product has a youthful citrus aroma, a fresh, clear, crisp taste, and a piquant gassy sensation. Since it is a new sake, there is a slight astringency, but it is a special taste that can only be enjoyed at this time each year. Serve chilled, not too cold, at around 10°C/50°F, in glassware.

Profile: About 70 years of pursuit of sake brewing, this sake brewery was established by Naohiko Noguchi who is the brewery of Japan's greatest, known as "God of sake brewing," as the culmination of the sake brewing life. The sake brewery, which opened in November 2017, was named as a mission to study the craftsman's technique, spirit, and way of life in the sake brewing, and pass it on to the next generation.
