Shimeharitsuru

A drink mixed with Shimeharitsuru and vodka. There are also a hint of sourness from the pickled ginger. This is a great refreshing drink for those that like a bit of sour.


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz Shimeharitsuru Tsuki

  • 2 pinches beni-shoga (pickled ginger), muddled with brine

  • 1 oz vodka

  • 1 dash dry vermouth

  • Cucumber


DIRECTIONS

  1. Add 2 pinches of beni-shoga with some brine into a shaker and muddle well.

  2. Add Shimeharitsuru Tsuki, vodka, and dry vermouth.

  3. Shake well and double-strain into a glass.

  4. Garnish it with thinly sliced cucumber.
