Espresso Martini

Shochu Brand: Kintaro,


Barley Shochu

Made especially for coffee enthusiasts, this drink is a match made in heaven. The Kintaro shochu pairs excellently with the espresso, energizing the body.


INGREDIENTS

“Shochu Rocks” Sake School of America seminar

  • 2oz Kintaro Shochu

  • 2oz Van Gogh Double Espresso Vodka

  • 2oz fresh espresso

  • pinch of Maldon salt


DIRECTIONS

  1. Add all the ingredients into a shaker tin.

  2. Top with ice and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.

  3. Strain into a martini glass.

  4. You can garnish with 3 espresso beans.
