An easy to make drink mixed with Suigei, vodka, and ship koji! The combination of both Suigei and vodka creates a refreshing taste.

INGREDIENTS

• 2 oz Suigei Junmai Ginjo Kouiku 54

• 1 oz vodka

• 2 tsp shio koji

• Black pepper to garnish

DIRECTIONS

1. Add Suigei Junmai Ginjo Koiku 54, vodka, and shio koji into a shaker.

2. Shake well and strain into a glass.

3. Garnish it with freshly crushed black pepper.
