MTC Sake recently hosted its inaugural Summer Portfolio Tasting at Bin Bin Sake in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. This exciting event brought together the New York Mutual Trading Sake team and local craftsmen showcasing their unique goods.
Guests had the opportunity to taste over 50 carefully selected sake varieties, each chosen to perfectly complement the summer season. The selection included limited seasonal natsuzake, or summer sake, offering a refreshing and unique experience to help attendees beat the heat.
