Hakutake Shiro and Edamame

Rice Shochu

Making this drink is simpler than it appears. The taste of milk is evident, complemented by the edamame. This combination results in an enjoyable beverage with intriguing flavors.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2oz Hakutake Shiro

  • 1oz milk

  • 1 large spoon edamame paste

  • 1tsp simple syrup

  • thyme


DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix Shiro, milk, edamame paste, and simple syrup in the blender.

  2. Pour the mix into an old fashioned glass (using a mesh strainer is recommended).

  3. Garnish with thyme.
