Rice Shochu

Wander through the delicate flavors of fine matcha with hints of citrus lime. This drink not only delights the palate with its remarkable taste but indulges in a bear-y fun experience.


INGREDIENTS

“Shochu Rocks” Sake School of America seminar

  • 2oz Ginrei Shiro Shochu

  • 1 bar spoon of culinary grade matcha powder (Fine Grade)

  • 0.5oz freshly squeezed lime juice

  • 0.5oz simple syrup

  • Fever Tree Ginger Beer


DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix fine grade matcha powder with 0.5 oz of hot water until it dissolves.

  2. Add the mix into a shaker tin along with shochu, lime juice and simple syrup.

  3. Add ice and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.

  4. Pour into a rocks glass.

  5. Add ice and top with Fever Tree Ginger Beer.

  6. Garnish with a lime peel.
